Return period

You can return standard items within 30 days after receiving your order. Please always let us know before sending anything back. This helps us identify your return and share the right next steps.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

If a product is defective or if we made a mistake with your order, we will provide a return label.

If you return items for another reason, the direct cost of returning the goods is your responsibility.

Condition of returned items

Please return items complete, clean and, where possible, in their original packaging. Pack the goods carefully so they are not damaged in transit.

Personalised products, such as dispensers with your own logo, custom design or customer-specific print, usually cannot be returned unless the product is defective or incorrectly supplied.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, we will refund the amount via the original payment method or, by agreement, offset it against an open invoice. We normally process refunds within a few working days after receiving the returned goods.
